This website uses one necessary first-party cookie to remember analytics choices. Optional Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity services remain inactive unless the visitor enables the relevant service. Simply browsing the website does not constitute consent to optional analytics.

Website cookies and storage

Cookies are small text values stored by a browser. This website's consent mechanism is client-side and does not use a backend consent database, local storage, session storage or IndexedDB.

The necessary da_cookie_consent cookie records only the consent version and two yes/no analytics choices. It is secured with the Secure and SameSite=Lax attributes, is available across this website, and expires after 180 days. A changed consent version or malformed value is treated as no choice, so the website asks again and keeps optional analytics off.

Apart from the request-demo form described below, the current website code does not create other browser storage. A static hosting provider may process ordinary request data such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp and user agent in server or security logs independently of these browser choices.

Optional analytics services

Google Analytics 4

If enabled, Google Analytics 4 helps Agitavit Solutions understand aggregated visits, pages viewed, referral information and broad device or browser categories so the public website can be improved. The website uses Google Basic Consent Mode: Google's tag is not downloaded before Google Analytics consent. Analytics storage is granted only after opt-in; advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain denied.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited for users in the European Economic Area. More information is available in the Google Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity

If enabled, Microsoft Clarity records interaction signals such as clicks, scrolling, page layout, device information and diagnostic events to produce heatmaps and session replays that help identify usability problems. Forms, inputs and marked sensitive regions are explicitly masked before Clarity loads. Clarity receives analytics storage as granted and advertising storage as denied.

Clarity is provided by Microsoft Corporation. It may create the first-party cookies listed above and Microsoft-domain cookies described in its current documentation. More information is available in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Request-demo form

The request-demo page downloads an embedded form from ActiveCampaign, LLC through Agitavit Solutions' ActiveCampaign account. Loading that page contacts the activehosted.com service so the form can be displayed. Submitting the form sends the entered contact details, company, optional phone number and confirmation choices to ActiveCampaign for Agitavit Solutions to arrange and follow up on the requested presentation.

ActiveCampaign processes this contact data on behalf of Agitavit Solutions under the configured account and applicable agreement. The form's fields, consent wording, automations, recipients, retention and any post-submission contact association are managed in that vendor account and must be reviewed when its configuration changes. More information is available in the ActiveCampaign privacy information.

Retention and international transfers

Google Analytics user-level and event-level retention depends on the configured property setting; standard properties currently offer 2 or 14 months. The applicable setting must be confirmed when the measurement property is activated. Aggregated standard reports can be retained separately by Google Analytics.

Microsoft currently retains Clarity playback data for 30 days and certain analytics, heatmap, labeled or selected session data for up to 9 months. Provider retention rules may change and should be rechecked periodically.

Google and Microsoft may process information outside Slovenia or the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their contractual and privacy materials. Google describes its transfer mechanisms in its data transfer framework information. The final controller, processor, transfer and retention classifications must be confirmed against the activated accounts and contracts before release.

Managing and withdrawing consent

Visitors can accept all optional analytics, reject all non-essential storage or enable either analytics service independently. The Cookie settings control in every page footer reopens these choices.

Withdrawing a previously granted choice sends a denied signal to any loaded service, deletes the first-party analytics cookies that this website can control, saves the new preference and reloads the page without the withdrawn service. Third-party cookies on vendor domains cannot be deleted by this website and can instead be removed through browser settings.
